There is no national regulatory body, but each region has an institute in charge of supervising and controlling the proper functioning of the sector.
The regulation depends on the province in which the player lives, something that generates a very different legal landscape compared to other countries. There are the provinces of La Pampa, Corrientes, Chaco, Mendoza, Santa Cruz, Río Negro, Misiones, Tucumán, Entre Ríos, San Luis, Neuquén and Santa Fe, as well as the last three to join the list, Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Province of Buenos Aires and Córdoba.
